Skip to contentLamar University's Bachelor of Science in Chemistry is designed for you to apply chemistry principles in other fields, including medicine, education, dentistry, law, optometry and business. This might be a good fit if you’re interested in a career as a high school teacher, a chemical librarian, chemical salesperson, medical doctor, pharmaceutical salesperson or chiropractor. The program is offered only on-campus and its coursework includes general chemistry, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, etc.
