Potential Opportunities

Pivot 3

Pivot is a research funding database listing opportunities from numerous sponsors across all disciplines. You can share funding opportunities with groups, and save and track opportunities. Pivot also enables researchers to identify potential research partners inside or outside of Lamar.

GRC

Grants Resource Center (GRC) is a proprietary search engine and includes over 2,000 private and federal funding opportunities screened for recurrence and for higher education eligibility.

Grants.gov

Grants.gov is your place to find and apply for federal grants. This site also has an introduction to federal grants, information about the grants lifecycle, OMB Uniform Guidance, Grantor Tools & Tips, and grant terminology.

Comp space

Lamar University Competition Space is a web site for internal funding programs such as the Research Enhancement Grant (REG), University Scholar Award, and Limited Submission competitions. Competition Space makes use of competitive, committee review and selection of faculty proposals and applications.
