Reaud Honors College hosts Star Wars documentary filmmaker
Lamar University’s Reaud Honors College is bringing honors program alumnus Bradley Weatherholt to campus for a screening of his new documentary on Star Wars: The Prequels Strike Back: A Fan's Journey.
The screening starts at 3:30 p.m. Monday, January 30, in the Executive Event Room of the Wayne A. Reaud Administration Building and will be followed by a question and answer session with Weatherholt. The film is available on line for download or streaming.
The event is free of charge, open to the public, and sponsored by the Reaud Honors College with co-sponsorships by the Department of Communication and the Department of English and Modern Languages.
Weatherholt graduated from LU in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree and earned his M.B.A. degree the following year. He is member of the Ministry of Cinema (ministryofcinema.com), an independent film studio based in Austin.
