Entering Freshmen

Entering freshmen must have a ranking in the top 10% of their high school graduating class or an SAT of at least 1270 (total of critical reading and mathematics) in order to be considered for admission to the Reaud Honors College.  A Composite score of 27 or higher on the ACT can be used as a substitute for the SAT.  Applicants are also expected to exhibit a record of academic achievement and community involvement.

Entering freshmen should apply by July 1st before the fall semester begins. To be eligible for Reaud Honors College scholarships, students should apply before February 1st. Scholarships are awarded based on SAT/ACT scores and class rank.
