Vote for Homecoming Royalty

The Homecoming Royal Court is a long-time LU tradition recognizing exceptional members of each class at Lamar and is decided by the votes of the LU student body. Homecoming Court winners will be revealed at the Bonfire and recognized at halftime during the LU vs TAMU-CC football game on Saturday, November 4. Voting is open from October 30 until 11:59 pm on Thursday, November 2.

About Voting

Any student currently enrolled at Lamar University may vote in Homecoming Court elections. The Election will occur the Monday through Thursday before the Homecoming Game. Students may vote using their LEA username and password to access the Homecoming Court Ballot. Students may only vote once. The voting period will officially begin at 8 a.m. and close at 11:59 p.m. There will be no extensions of the voting period. No write-in ballots will be accepted. The winners of the Homecoming Court will be the candidates who received the most votes. There will be no run-off election.

Declaring a Winner

The winners of the Homecoming Court election will be declared at the Homecoming Bonfire and Pep Rally. The winners will also be recognized on the field during halftime of the Homecoming Game.
