Parking

Parking is available for this event in Lot E-5 (front parking lot of the Mary and John Gray Library) and in Lots D-4, D-5, and D-8 (parking lots to the rear of the Mary and John Gray Library). Golf cart drivers will be available to shuttle guests from the parking area to the door of the Mary and John Gray Library.

Hotel/Lodging Accommodations

Blocks of rooms have been reserved at the MCM Eleganté Hotel, 2355 I-10 S, Beaumont, TX 77705, for the reduced rate of $94/night plus tax for a Deluxe Double or Deluxe King or $124/night plus tax for a King Suite.
